Important information

• Pickup Confirmation: You will receive your exact pickup time and location via WhatsApp and GetYourGuide chat the evening before your tour (between 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM). Please check your messages before contacting support.
• Luggage: Large suitcases stay securely in the vehicle during the tour. You must pack a small backpack for the night in the desert, as camels cannot carry large luggage.
• Dietary Requirements: Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten-Free meals are available. You do not need to email us; simply inform your driver on the first morning of the tour.
• Winter Heating (Nov–Feb): Desert nights are cold (0°C–5°C). Please note that Standard Tents do NOT have heating (warm blankets are provided). Luxury Tents are equipped with heating.
• Communication: A working mobile number with WhatsApp is required for coordination.
• Cash: Please bring cash (EUR or MAD) for lunches (approx. €10–13/meal), drinks, and tips, as ATMs are not available in the desert.
